Daddy's Girl Tale

Just another tale..

She was a young girl who now lived in many difficulties. She used to be a "royal" girl who always spend her money to buy anything she want. She's a daddy's girl type, like all her wishes would come true. Life gets harder and so her families life. At first she was so not ready to face this truth, but slowly she learnt that there's nothing she should hide from people off. She tried to face this truth, and realized that every people always past a hard time in their lives.

Her father, is a pretty realistic, discipline and perfectionist man. He could be so understanding but at the same time he could be so mean. He's just very difficult to understand.

It comes to one day, a week before her birthday. Her friends are celebrating their birthday like anywhere, looks like partying is a must, but this girl never think that she would throw a party for her birthday. She really didn't want to, because in her mind, she didn't like to wasting money for a party like that. She better have a good time with her friends and her families on her birthday. That's enough for her.

While she was helping his Mom to cook, someone sent her an invitation. Her father received that. "What's that, Dad?"she asked him. "Birthday invitation, i wonder why the date is same as your birthday". This girl laughed "Yeah, of course, Dad. She was born on the same date as me". Slowly, her dad's eyes getting watery "I'm sorry i can't throw a party for you.. it's just.. hard.. i can't..". She didn't know what's going on his mind, maybe he was feel regretful because he can't make her daughter feel happy or maybe too ashamed to face the truth that once, while their life is still abundant, he used to promised her that he would throw her a party whenever she want. She said "That's okay, Dad. I don't want party. I just want to spend a time with all the people i love. That's really enough for me" and then she left her father and lock herself in her room. Crying all the day. That's not because she can't throw a birthday party, but she felt so touched. That's the very first time her Dad said sorry to her. but long ago, whenever he was angry and punish her daughter, he never apologized. So she felt so grateful, in this such a difficulties, God has changes many people's life. He taught us not to be ashamed with our condition and appreciate the life He has given. Once again, this girl had learn something important in her life.
